In my opinion there are really only 2 things a person needs in order to lose weight fast. The first one is a great deal of commitment and self-discipline. If you are going to go on a journey to lose weight you are going to have to be deeply committed. It is so easy to get off track. If you are like most people in the world, you have been battling with your weight pretty much your whole life.

Let me first say this. You deserve to lose weight. You deserve to live a long, healthy life. I say this because I have battled with weight just about my entire life too. At one point I reached 205 pounds and for me that was a very hurtful thing. I didn’t feel like I deserved to lose the weight. I didn’t feel like I had what it took. But I did and so do you. I just want to encourage you to push past all the hurt and disappointment and change your life starting today.

Now once you make that decision you will have to find a program that works for you. Lets face it, every system is not for everybody. You have to find a program that you know you can stick to. If you know your not a person that will be committed to working out 2 times a day then don’t invest in a program that requires that. Give yourself the chance to be successful. Going with a program that you know you won’t be able to committ to only sets you up for more disappointment.
